THOMAS J. WEITBRECHT II
Thomas Weitbrecht is President of Weitbrecht Auctioneers & Appraisers. He has 18 years of executive level management experience in the auction, manufacturing and heavy construction industries. Prior to founding Weitbrecht Auctioneers & Appraisers in 2006, he served as Vice-President of Auctions at a large regional real estate auction firm. Mr. Weitbrecht has called thousands of auctions including real estate, personal property, equipment and vehicle sales. He is a USPAP accredited appraiser and is an expert in machinery, equipment and industrial assets. Mr. Weitbrecht is a licensed auctioneer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont and is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, National Association of Professional Appraisers, National Realtors Association, Massachusetts Realtors Association and Turn Around Management Association. Mr. Weitbrecht has served as Vice-President and Secretary of The Massachusetts Auctioneers Association.
JANICE M. WEITBRECHT
Janice Weitbrecht is Marketing Director and Event Manager for Weitbrecht Auctioneers & Appraisers. Prior to working with her husband, she ran an eBay consignment company. She has extensive marketing experience which includes serving as Assistant Manager of Sales Promotions for Dunkin’ Brands. Mrs. Weitbrecht prides herself on community involvement. She currently serves as a PTO Co-President and Library Trustee. Mrs. Weitbrecht is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the National Auctioneers Association Auxilary.
STEPHEN D. PAULIN
Stephen Paulin is a Director and Auctioneer with Weitbrecht Auctioneers & Appraisers. He has been a professional auctioneer for 32 years, has called more than 8,000 auction sales, and has participated as both an auctioneer and bidding assistant at several successful multi-parcel real estate auctions. Mr. Paulin holds auction licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Mr. Paulin is a two term Past President of The Massachusetts Auctioneers Association and was honored as the 2005 Massachusetts State Bid Calling Champion. Mr. Paulin’s professional affiliations include the National Auctioneers Association, The Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. He is a USPAP accredited appraiser and recently completed studies at the highly regarded Certified Auctioneers Institute.
PAUL L. MAGLIO
Paul Maglio is a Director, Auctioneer and Senior Appraiser with Weitbrecht Auctioneers & Appraisers. He is a licensed auctioneer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. The owner of Storage Auction Solutions Inc, Mr. Maglio’s firm conducts more than 120 auctions monthly throughout New England. He has 30 years of experience as a licensed airframe/ power plant aircraft mechanic and an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician. He was the owner of USA Speedy Auto & Tire Service in Peabody, MA for 14 years. Mr. Maglio is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, National Realtors Association and Massachusetts Realtors Association. Mr. Maglio serves on the board of directors for The Massachusetts Auctioneers Association. He was the 2007 Massachusetts State Bid Calling Champion.
