All sales are final. Buyers are responsible to make Payment, in full, immediately following the auction sale. Acceptable payment methods include Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover and Cash. By bidding at this auction, bidders agree they will not initiate a credit card charge back under any circumstances. All bidders must present government issued photo ID at check in. Bidders approved through proxibid.com shall be deemed as having provided sufficient proof of identification. Participation in this auction remotely internet or any other technical means of bid submission will be subject to the same terms as the on site bidders.

On site bidders will pay a 12% buyers premium. Internet bidders will pay a 15% buyer’s premium. All bidders paying cash will receive a 2% discount. For Internet buyers, wire transfers will be accepted and considered a cash payment. Internet buyers will responsible to pay all wire transfer fees.

Stephen A. Antinarelli Inc, DBA Plains Automotive and Weitbrecht Auctioneers, Inc. are not liable for any damages incidental or consequential for the inability to convey merchandise sold during this auction. Merchandise credit or refund will be the sole remedy of the buyer.
